Dear Bluedart Team,
Using an online website https://www.electrozworld.com/collections/frontpage, I have ordered a Bluetooth combo of price 1449Rs, instead I received a low quality JBL wired headset, which is not acceptable.

Moreover they used Blue-dart service to collect their COD, which I did paid.
I request you to kindly hold the money and ask these fraudsters to cooperate and refund my money.
