Yesterday (04-06-2020) i saw an add in google, there is a wide range of copy phones in EZEEPHONES.COM. i was searching for a low budget phone for a normal use. So i select one model KRYPTON P30. From EZEEPHONES.COM.
as usual the website navigate to my bank website and make payment. I got i messege like this…
“CONFIRMED: Your Order has been successfully placed with order id 3384239403. Due to Covid 19 Pandemic there will be slight delay in dispatching orders. Thank you for shopping.”
Message center “BWSTATUS”
Then check my mail for the purchase detaila and tracking link. But i did not receive any confirmation mail from EZEEPHONES.COM. and there is no order tracking fecility.i tried inside the web.but i did not get any tracking fecility.
I think my money is gone.later i search whether this site is a fraud site or not.ther are somany complaints are in web regarding this site.
My question is.can i get beck my money or any refund procedure..i did not know what to do.please help me
