Respected Sir,
I have ordered one Sheesham wood cot from an on line site called catch save and transferred Rs 5098.00 on 17.07.2022 ( vide UPI/DR/219881500254 to a/c 4695777162091) and I received the following details by email from one TeamOpen from an e mail ID

The message is as follows
You have made a payment for vitara trade
Please find the below transaction details

Pg Transaction Id : UPITXN1771755394
Transaction Status : success
Now 8 days are over and I have no communications from the seller about the delivery of the product. Please do the needful to get my money refunded.
