Dear Sir,

This is with regard to my recent payment towards purchase of one saree, I have mada a payment of Rs. 400/- (Rupees four Hundered only) through online banking. Later on realised its a fraudulent website

I here by submit few evidence details for your furhter perusal to investigate in this case, do necessary actions to recover the same and compensate to me.

Recevied SMS confirmation from “BT-CLOTHM” followed by online payment is as ” Your order is successfully received. Your order number is 98514. your shipment will be delivered in 10-12 days. Email:clothesmart.in99@gmail.com” on 3rd January 2019,.
Payment made through SBI Bank Netbanking on 3nd January 2019
Clothsmart.in was accessed from Facebook
Request your good offices and officers to take immediate action against the defaulters, recover the money and arrange compensating the same to my bank account.
