I online ordered suits from rudiesshop.myshopify.com website last night dated – 20/07/2023. It was a prepaid order so I did UPI transaction through my mobile and paid amount of rs. 518/- so I proceed the transaction and even after was payment successful , i’m yet to receive a confirmation email or message. Its mail I’d provided on it’s website for registering complaints is non-existing and there is no response received. I’m unable to make any further contact. The website also seems fake. Please do the needful and arrange a repayment.
