I have ordered one item from clothsmart.in dated 3/1/019 they have given me 10 days time for delivery. But till date no status was given and mail respose is given by them. Your order is successfully received. Your order number is 97044. your shipment will be delivered in 10-12 days.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided Myntra and its externals. I have made an order and returned the same on 26th February. The refund towards the same has not been reflected in my account till date. The excuses I a receive each time I contact the support team is to wait for 24hrs. It’s hight time now that I will take necessary actions from my end to get this resolved. I am copying this mail to consumer forum and posting the same on social media. I just wanted to remind you that I being the customer have my own rights and you being the service provider is a total failure in proving the customer support and satisfaction.
