Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order no. 4358 on dated Friday 06 Aug 2023 & made a payment of Rs.727- through Phone Pay to a co. namely myshopify & which is shown as Rexime Enterprise phone pay but after payment, I have not received any confirmation mail or message. So I carefully looked more about the company & I have found that I have been cheated by the company neither delivered the order nor there was an option to refund therein on the company portal. I have done all my best efforts to contact the company but in vain & I have no alternative left with what to do in spite of filing this complaint against the company. The screenshot of the payment is annexed for your ready reference. …. further, it is also requested you kindly refund the stated amount at your end (if possible)
