I want to complain againts a whatsapp shopping account . Its said it deals with applarels and Clothing . I got this number from Facebook . They had beautiful dresses so i contacted them . They sent me their catalouge . I ordered few dresses and Paid them 11397 trhough Google Pay . They sais they dispatched the order and gave order Id even. But the order never reached me . I contacted them . They never answered my calls but replies through msgs that they will look into it .But nothing happened . Please help me

Same thing happened with me. I also got her number through facebook and my order summed up to rs. 2000/- but the order was never delivered and she’s not even picking calls or replying to texts on whatsapp.
