I have ordered 3 Denim shirts on replytrend.in with Cash on delivery payment. It got delivered on Jan -07-2020. But the product delivered was normal cotton shirts.The return policy says that customer has to himself shipback the product but the website do not provide any address to deliver.They are not responding to emails. Moreover I tried calling the customer care the mobile no.8447215464 (given on the package) all either comes busy or switched off or nobody responds if it rings.
I received a call from 8927297419 asking to share the account no and OTP. He is asking to forward the verification message to 9634224747.
I request you to initiate action and take measures to issue a refund which I paid in cash.
