They act as customs assistant and say theyhold some items at customs office and sell them at cheap price. They provide user transaction details to cheat others and fake customer review message chat and videos. they use paytm bank, Google pay, phone pay with different numbers every time they announce a deal of products. Also they say during lockdown also they have courier transport and after doing transaction they simply block us. They dont provide contact numberand they are using customs officer name as Sunil Kumar (Personal Assistant of Shri Govind Kumar Garg, Joint Commissioner of Custom). But the fraud person may not be sunil kumar. He uses fake accounts and fake numbers. they are targeting many people during this lockdown.
