I had ordered track pants of worth rs 1000 from dazzlingdeals.store. Order received on 30th October 2023 and when i check the item i found that the item they displayed in their website is far poor than in reality aslo the product i ordered didn’t the same. I thought to refund and went their website. They had mentioned in their website a contact number as no other option was given to refund the item except a mail. I mailed them and discuss the problem but i didn’t got any response from their side till now. The contact number also was not working. So i text on the number and told the problem and aks for a refund. Then in a few seconds a reply came from this number telling me that :- “If this is regarding any online order through a website then please note that the wesbite is fake and fraudulent. They are using my phone number without my consent. Please file a legal complaint against them and dont text me again.”
After that i check the website after 2 days and found that that number now has been removed from there. My 1000 rs now be scammed. I know it’s a small amount but the value of this amount is more for me.
They provided the address in ther website in Chandigarh, behind Piccadilly Theatre Sector 34
