I have applied for loan in smart link loan app on 26th February 2023 and approved a sum of 1,00,000/-. Before the sanction of the loan amount it’s say processing fee of 5000 was processing fee and it was refundable. After sanction of the loan they were asking 2000/- towards members ship, platform fee 4850/- for getting the loan 1,00,000/-. After then Account unfreezing fee 12000/-, tax fee 8000/- 10000/- real – time verification fee, And showing in their wallet that wallet is not activated and can’t be retrieved. This company is fraud one and they collected my contracts, details like aadhar, etc., and OTP. This is a fake company and they were cheating every one with this type of malafide activities in online app. I am requesting you to take action against this type of companies.They collected more than 19000 Rupees.Kindly take serious action against this company.
