Hi, I got a call from Macrotech company for simple data entry work on Sept 5, 2022 for 500 forms to complete in five days (Rs. 42/form) and told to sign online agreement wittily and directed me to send Aadhaar card front and back side photos and signature. Next day, they provided me demo form when I insisted to provide work. They issued me ID and password and I logged in, but there was something wrong; no interface or option to fill the form. I called many times for assistance and they didn’t pick my phone calls or responded honestly, so I denied to work in that way. Yesterday on September 16, 2022, I got a call regarding penalty for not doing such work (Rs. 6800) in 10 minutes to deposit. If I don’t pay, they will register file case against me as they said. It is a scam.
