I am writing to formally address a concerning matter that has arisen in relation to your institute, Learn N Earn. I recently received a communication from your organization that contains elements indicative of cyber blackmail, which is both unlawful and highly unethical.
The message I received asserted that a complaint has been registered against me with the Consumer Commission due to alleged non-payment of fees for a skill programming course. It further stated that failure to pay the specified fees by a designated time would result in legal action, including the issuance of a legal notice and potential involvement of the Surat, Gujarat Consumer Department.
It is imperative for me to clarify that I have not participated in any skill programming courses offered by Learn N Earn. While I may have signed up on your platform, I discontinued my engagement due to a lack of utility and relevance to my needs.
The demand for payment, accompanied by threats of legal action, constitutes coercion and intimidation, which are clear violations of ethical conduct and legal norms. Such actions undermine trust in your institute and raise serious concerns about your business practices.
I demand an immediate cessation of all further communication related to this matter and a retraction of any false claims made against me. Additionally, I expect an official apology for the distress caused by this unwarranted harassment.
Should I continue to receive any form of communication from Learn N Earn that perpetuates this coercive behavior, I will have no choice but to pursue legal recourse to protect my rights and interests.
I trust that you will address this issue with the seriousness it warrants and take appropriate measures to prevent the recurrence of such unacceptable conduct.
