I initiated a purchase for a lipstick combo utilizing a Google Pay promotional coupon, which also included a complimentary lipstick. The transaction was conducted seamlessly via the Google Pay platform, and I received a confirmation email complete with an order identification number.
However, the intricacies arose when I attempted to access the tracking details via the provided hyperlink. This led me to the official JustHerbs website, yet to my dismay, no tracking specifics were discernible. Instead, a perplexing error message materialized, stating, ‘The order is currently in the processing stage; kindly revisit after a 24-hour interval.’ Astonishingly, five days have now elapsed, and I find myself perpetually confronted with this disconcerting message.
In a bid to address this issue, I promptly dispatched a formal complaint via electronic mail to JustHerbs. They responded by generating a support ticket, yet regrettably, the ticket remains in a state of ongoing progression. It is noteworthy that, within the realm of e-commerce, the standard practice typically entails a swift resolution timeframe of 24 to 48 hours, often culminating in the automatic closure of such support tickets.
The overarching concern that looms pertains to the possibility of JustHerbs engaging in deceptive practices, potentially jeopardizing the financial assets of discerning consumers. Consequently, I am resolute in my pursuit of obtaining a satisfactory response or resolution from both JustHerbs and Google Pay.
