SIR I HAVE APPLIED ONLINE TO OPEN A SAVING ACCOUNT IN SBI PURNIA BAZAR BRANCH . I HAVE GOT TCRN AC55910505 TARN  AA77741512
But when i visited the branch with kyc i got the reaction dat “yaha online kuch nai accept hoga account kholwana hai to ofline form bharo aur Rs5,100 pe account khulwao.”
One side our pm is trying to connect evry person with bank on other hand this rude behavior of bank create fear in mind of poor people as i m student i resides out of home station. My father use to send money on others account . so i tried to visit but i got a disappointing experience. Its my request please take right action so that no oder bank tries to harrash a person
