My order no is #85739 .06/08/2020 I’m buying 9 sarees in India ethnic online.com and after that I received a mail from “we will notify you when it has been send but till now I have no received any call,mail or message. I’m paying money for my credit card. Please help me

Hello , one of the Online sarees shop ( Mani Handlooms,Yadari ,Bhuvanagiri ,Telaganana) , on Dec we had transfer 4K rupees for new saree , but they are not refunding or not sending product to me .i had been following up last four months ,they will inform first time as i will send ..Later they will not lift the phone and also they will block the numbers ..this has been continuing last four months , even i tried to call from different number ,but not helped much.
