I have initiated a purchase on 6th November,2022 worth Rs. 499/- via Violate sales on myshopify posted on Instagram. The money was deducted without any issues and there was an automated email for the order no. V01022 consisting the link of the order. The link was accessible till 6th November only and the store has been brought down since 7th November which indicated that something went wrong, the store is unavailable. I have tried to reach the merchant by mailing on the helpline mail ID provided in the email of confirmation order however no response is received. There is no number provided for telephonic help (help.pathugpay@gmail.com) is the only mail ID available for contact.
Further there are no means of other ways to communicate or raise tickets; the website is not available to find contact details
The fraudster is reportedly creating new stores and posting it on social media plat forms to successfully execute this scam. A legal action is required against these types of frauds.
