I have ordered mobile covers on site covershouse.in and i have prepaid my order for Rs 358/-. The payment was done via BHIM payment app. They have sent the confirmation message as well, quoting my order number as 51629 dated 27 april 2020. But till date no product received and nowhere to track or trace. I had forwarded 3 emails to their customer support(email id rekhapatel5353@gmail.com), however no response till date.
