Dear Sir
My Name is Mohammed Ashraf. I am working here in Sharjah (UAE).My Home town is Kasaragod, Kerala State. I want to file a complaint about an online business man.His face book id is ankur kumar living in shimla.His bank account is in the name of Akash.His Mobile No 9068398134.I bought a cassette deck from him for 4000 Rupees on 23-6-2024.And assured that he will send the parcel through post office. Accordingly Rs.4000 was sent to his account.Banks Transaction receipt is attached here with.Today is the third day after sending the money. Till now the item has not been despatched.when i call the phone he doesn’t answer also the no reply from whats app message.I don’t want my money back instead i just to need get the ordered item.I humbly request that there be a action from your side to get back my ordered items
