hi,
I made an online prepaid purchase from VWestern a so called online retailer of ladies clothing on 02 August 2020. The order i.d being 2576 amounting to Rs. 1398/-.
I haven’t received any communication w.r.t the items neither dispatch nor delivery.
I sent them WhatsApp messages as well as called them on phone….no response.
I sent 02 e-mails to them with no response.
I need to get a refund if the entire amount.
