Respected sir,
I searched a job in various job sites and in social media to help my family in this pandemic and I found work from home job adversitement on whatsapp message from unknown number naming a company jobsearch.net and called me within 1 minute of arrival of that message which they told to complete the work within 7 days by entering the resume but not explained about this charges. But due to some reasons I didn’t finish the work on time . Now they forcing me to pay 5900 rupees penalty. I am helpless as I don’t have any money that is why I searched for job. Now they are forcing me to pay or else pay 30,000 in court. Please do needful

I searched a job in various job sites and te get some money for my family members and my self and I found work from home job adversitement on whatsapp message from unknown number naming a company jobsearch.net and told me about a sort message which they told to complete given work within 7 days by fillup the resumes in other given format by jobsearch.net but not explained about this charges. But due to some reasons I didn’t finish the work on time .I said to them for extra days but they told me for 1000 Rs. for one extra days penalty. I am really helpless so please help me am very scared about this .
