Text of Complaint by Piyush Gupta:

I have done a online recharge through net banking using Airtel thanks app on 26th March 2020.

The money deducted from my bank account but neither the recharge done nor money refunded back to my account Then lock down happened and i stuck with the situation. After lockdown ends, i registered complaint to both of the organisation separately, to bank and airtel as well, but bank says that money has been sent to merchant (airtel) and airtel says we didn’t receive any money.

I’m cheated by one of them. Needed help.
