Text of Complaint by Ria:

I have recharged my mother’s number through HDFC Card for Rs. 593 two times on 15 Sept 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference and airtel prepaid txn# of Rs. 593+593. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mother’s mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
