Sir,
I did Airtel recharge through online for Airtel (Assam) Number 9864617239 for Rs. 199. Recharge was not successful but amount Rs. 199 has been debited from my Bank account. Ref Number is airtel4/as/prepaid txn# 120022426744. Please clarify the subject matter as soon as possible.
