On the 1st of September 2023, I followed an online link and chatted with a certain Dr. Genna Schuppe..1961 Marianne with phone number +2347031040578 as the customer service. I ordered households and baby items that are not delivered to me nor my money refund. I contacted the online tutor and I was asked to recharge so I can finish the shopping. I did and a prompt reads “There are uncompleted orders in this account, and you cannot continue to grab orders!” and I was directed to recharge again, this time the gap was much. I plead that a refund should be made to me.
