Dear Sir,
I have made two purchase from Big Bazaar (Chennai) one on 20.05.2021 and other on 31.05.2021. The 31.05.2021 order was delivered today at our home by M/s. Dunzo person and after receiving we verified the items and noticed following is missing /were not delivered which is worth around Rs. 500/- (Paneer, Butter, Sweet Corn). The Bill copy is attached.
When we tried their customer care no response ( it was either not getting connected or it was busy). Similarly during our earlier order One Chocolate worth Rs. 80/- was not delivered.
Hence we have written this complaint here.
