I purchased one mobile phone in Flipkart with one exchange offer of 3250 rupees. That delivery date was 27.08.2022. But on delivery day that delivery person refused to deliver on delivery day. Rather than he say to come in next day. But my Mother Mobile was not working so that I need that new phone urgently. For that I complaint to Flipkart regarding this via chat. I say I need this mobile today. Bt they didn’t reply. After some time the status showing cancelled. I called to support services they say that don’t worry u can order after refund ur refund will initiate after stuff reached to seller. I asked date then they say 28.08.2022 u will get refund. On that day I call why my refund ammount not came. They say it will take 8 days. I was help less. I need that mobile urgently. For that I take 5400 rupees my married sister and I take one mobile in EMI via IDFC Fast bank. I gave e month installment with 1350 extra. If I had the refund amount i could buy the mobile in cheap price. Bt in emi the mobile costed me 14500 including extra ammount. For Flipkart i have to give 7000 extra. That to for there fault. Today date is 4.9.2022 , but my amount didn’t came yet. I contact to Flipkart they are mentioning money will come after 15.09.2022. what type of justice is this . If i ordered in cash on delivery and simply cancelled that no body questioned me. That’s the legal and right way. But if i did prepaid delivery then I have to suffer. In 6.9.2022 my sister scooty emi will come. If i wouldn’t return her money her emi will be bounce. I don’t have a single penny. What should I do. Every da i am getting frustrated and my mental peace is completely vanished. I request you to be good and kind honour plz me proper justice.
