I have order a mobile from online which ad came on Facebook from GOSHOPPER.ONLINE auction .
I have paid Rs 6497/- on 21st April 2021 since today no response no contact no docs nothing.
I have never received the funds neither the product. Please help to resolve the issue

I received my money back. I put much hard work on it like banking ombudsman, cashfree payment gateway, consumer complaint helpline, viman nagar pune police email complaint. It’s a fraud and payment gateway is responsible.
