I received an advt on Facebook from Rhileshop.in. They claimed to be very genuine as they were on Facebook. So on 15/12/2020, I booked an order to a chair and transferred a sum of Rs. 1499/- from by bank account. They acknowledged it and gave their order #1954 and informed that the order will get shipped soon. In their website www.rhileshop.in, they have mentioned that the order would be shipped in 2-3 days. But no action seems to have been taken. There is no available telephone number, and the e-mail is fetching no response. We request government authorities to do the needful immediately & make arrangement to refund us our amount.
