On 10/5/2020 I had purchased Redmi note 7 pro smart mobile phone and paid Rs2999 (shine summer order no:SS6902)which was listed against the item with PayUMoney online. Both shine summer and PayUMoney send email confirming payment received but until 18/5/2020 no confirmation of expected delivery date. I called cust.care no: 8918877015 a gentle man received call and informed payment will be refund for which he need my debit card , ccv number, my bank cust.id, my age ,date of birth, bank name etc; he also wants my ATM nets pin number. in shinesummer web site also indicated debit card ,ccv ,NETS PIN details will not be asked. hence request to refund my amount to my bank as like payment received by shine summer thru PayUMoney  process.
