I have purchased product jbl speaker from www.jblsounds.com on 29july and payment done online rs tilldate1439 I have not received any information or call from the seller

I have purchased product jbl speaker with free earbads from http://www.jblsounds.com on 10 Aug 19 and payment done online rs tilldate1439 but I have received local speaker only just 200 rupees only. Please help me to how returned the product and money back process.
