I am highly disappointed with the Amazon service this time for my order 404-7935074-5865121.
I ordered a One Plus Buds Z2 Obsidian Black but I received totally another local company Ear Buds in the box.
I placed the order on 27th March and received the delivery on 28th March and from that day till date I am calling Amazon Customer service continuously but no one is taking proper action. I have to repeat the same story everytime I call and everytime a new RETURN pick up request is initiated but nobody comes and picks it up for RETURN.
