I have been cheated by Crystal Jewellers as I have oredered the Matte Gold Finish Uncut Loang Haram with earings showing in my order no 12697 but I have received totally wrong and cheap product. I have paid Rs. 1300/- in COD. Its very disappointing of being cheated. I am calling and messaging on their given contact number 9825791893 but they are not responding. Also, I have mailed them my return request but they are not picking up call and not replying in mail. I have wrote a maile on support@crystaljewelleryindia.com which they have mentioned in their Refund Policy. Also online return order option is declining our request again n again. I guess this is the total fake site and payment was made in Cash. I want my hard earned money back and want to retun their cheap product. I am writing to your good self for your help in this regard.
