Good evening,
I have got the parcel which had order by me under The Big Mall COURIER NO SLMC1474804499 . But I am not satisfied with at all as per followings:-
1.The quality of the material is not as shown in advertising.
2.One piece of them is looked like second hand which was also torn from pocket
3.The price is not matched with the quality of product.
4.Therefore you are requested to please do needful in respect of refund of an amount of Rs 1099/Order Number TBM1223 in COD as soon as possible
