I have ordered “2 pair of summer spring men cargo pents” from FACTION HUT .my order number is ST18AUG1542.
EKART LOGESTICS SURFACE delivered the package on 23 aug 2023. They sent a old used jeans instead of my ordered pents. In my search I found out that this FACTION HUT is a fraud.when I complaint to EKART LOGESTICS SURFACE about the incident , they asked me my UPI pin number, then I realised that they are also a fraud. I just want my refund 899.00INR. please help me.
