- Dear Sir, An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in. I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no. PDS 6743, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 01-06-2020 Payment of Rs 2,999/- was made through my credit card which got credited in the name of Ankit Jain. Who has an registered with merchant Transaction identifier and received one transaction ID: 325416726 PayUmoney.com,who is also supporting in this fraudulent activities.
l received an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response and afraid that its a fake seller who had done the fraud.
More than 7days had passed but no response from the seller. I had tried connecting with the seller over mail but no success.
Request to the concern authorities to refund the amount and help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
