- Dear Sir,
- An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in.
- I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no.PDS5240, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 31 May 2020. Payment of Rs 2999 was made thru my bank account which got credited in the name of Ankit Jain. Who has an registered with merchant Transaction identifier – 12529182638141 with Payumoney.com who is also supporting in this fraudulent activities
- I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response and afraid that its a fake seller who had done the fraud.
- More than a 4 days had passed but no response from the seller. I had tried connecting with the seller over mail but no success.
- Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
