When i asked for a refund of money for a online purchase, got customer complaint no from FB and he agreed to refund,wanted me to install anydesk, which i was not aware of, took my debt card details and CVV on the pretext of immediate refund, and he transferred my money in 4 transactions to a unknown. only the bank messages i have as proof, could not find the recipient. The total amount is 54040.00 Rs, please help me to get it back.
Complained to crime branch, they are also trying to trace.
