I was looking for the pg so I contacted magicbricks app it’s a very reputed app for housing purpose from there I got number of fraudent he address himself as Sanjeev raghuvanshi pg owner.He said I have various pg’s in Delhi and in Mumbai and all are government functioning. He said for seeing the pg and for sending you live location you have to get your visiting card done then only guard will permit you in and for that you have to pay the rs of 2000 which is totally refundable and you will get the live location along with visiting card where all the rules of pg and amount refund policy are written on it in case if you don’t like the pg we will refund the amount immediately and if you like it that amount will be charged as booking and security amount which we will refund you totally when you will leave the pg.
I paid the amount of 2000 then he said rent is 6k and processor of visiting card need half of amt which we will refund you within a minute so pay 3000 I said no I can pay only when I’m physically present there send me location I’m coming he said no 3000 will be refunded within a minute be on a call I said I don’t want pg refund the amt he said of we’ll cancel the processing of visiting card pay the amount of 3000 will refund your 5k within a minute and he himself said pay 3000 in installments I paid one time 2000 and another time 3000 then he said why you’ve paid in installments now pay 3k more and all your 8k will be refunded within a minute .(83288 56851) -sanjeev raghuvanshi
That was totally their trapping process and there was difficulty in paying and he provided 8-9 numbers and multiple scanner
It’s my humble request to the authority please take action against it
