on the boatmusic.in website I had paid for online purchase of Boat electronic products on 20 feb 2023 at 11.46 pm. But till now no order confirmation received. the payment gateway shows that payment has gone to PAYU payment gateway. The company name shows as “Samsonite South Asia Pvt. Ltd.” located at Andheri east as shown in the website. Attaching the company address & contact details . Also payment transection screenshot. Please help me to get my hard earned Money.
