I had ordered online by watching one add on instagram from a site named Idol mart. I paid through google pay to someone called PayU Payments Private Limited. My order was of 375rs. As soon as I ordered I got and email stating that my order is confirmed and they would notify me once order is “Shipped”. It’s been 5 days now and they are not replying my mails. Their website is also not available now. Then I googled that seller who sent me mail called DHARMENDRA JAYSUKHBHAI TRAPASIYA and I see that he is fraud. Even many people complaint about PayU Payments as well. I don’t understand when so many people have complaint about it why is instagram showing it’s add, why is google pay not blocking that user. I request to consumer complaint court please look into it and these fraudsters, because even if it is 375rs it’s my hard earned money.
