I had ordered online from a shop called narishope, I had seen an add on instagram and ordered it. I paid 299rs through Google pay to a user called Shally through PayU Payments Private Limited but I didn’t received any confirmation mail or any message, I received only message of transaction successful. I even emailed them but no response, and now when I am trying to open their website, it is showing “Store is closed”. I request Consumer Complaint Court to please look into it.
