I ordered a smart watch imported Frontier s3 from “getsby.in” on 21st April 2019 and paid an amount of Rs 1599 using upi. But the fact is that I have not got any order confirmation mail or message till then.
I searched for their support service and mailed in two support email ids “hello@getsby.in” and “support@getsby.in” but in both the domains the mail delivery is failed.
However I have proof of payment and order id and transaction id for the same.
It is to mention that after the payment on my Id it will show the payment failed. But I have done the payment using Paytm. I have deducted the amount for the same.
I guess the shopping site is fake.
So I request you to have a look at this matter and give me a support . either the product or the amount should be refunded from the shopping site.
