We how ordered two tabs in the company wizpad Z1 Pro on the website book my tab. We ordered a taps on 22/ 7 /2020 on the last Wednesday. While buying the tab they said that the product will be received by you in 3 to 5 days. But this is the sixth day still we didn’t receive a product. But when we order my tab at the same day the amount was taken the cost of the two taps are 7998 rupees. On the order day we have received an message that was your order was placed successfully the order ID number 95 478 33356 . After this message we couldn’t receive any messages or SMS from them. After that we could call the customer care number 983 2883 584. After calling to this number said that the order was cancelled. After 10 minutes a person call from a different number the number is 983 2206 445. A person is calling from this number he asked the Google Pay account with pin and password so that he said we would replace your amount 7998. We gave the details of our Google Pay account but ask our bank account details We gave our bank account details he did not refund the amount he just try to take some amount in our account. We don’t have the amount in that particular account . He asked an another bank detail account. After this question from him we didn’t give a bank details and account . so we didn’t give any more information about bank account details. Sir please take an immediate action towards this complaint . Sir please help us to get our money back sir.
