I have applied for the ICAR, IARI technician post on 19/01/2022 through UPI and the amount got deducted but the application status was showing payment failure and I didn’t get any refund so next day, as on 20/01/2022 I again made the payment through UPI but it is still payment failure help me with this problem and how can I get my refund back as of I have tried to contact them thorough mail but they are not replying
