Dear Sir,
I am recd call from rectitude technology regarding captch entry online job for 10 day with Rs.17500/- salary on dt-04/12/20 and they told him i m sending link for registration just share mi the screen shot mail and recd confirmation call from head office Gujrat and just confirm i m interested in captch work, so i m do all things as per that person but next day i check the company information and noticed that this company fraud and not pay any amt.or many different fraud.
then i m call that person, they not recd our call. Then i m recd another call dt-05/12/20 from recetitude tech call centre and i m told clearly them, i m not interested work with u because your company status show close and your company is fraud.
After that i m recd login Id and Password dt-08/12/20.
I m not do any work due to this and recd mass dt-17/12/20 ,
Aur muse mass aaya from VKADVSTF se dt-17.12.20. appne work complete nahi to appko isaka leagal notice bheja jayega agar appko ek mouka diya jata hai app Rs-8500/- google pay/phone pay 8307941285 pe kar dijiye, naho to legal notice bheja jayega.
Aur phir 2 gante bad ek aue mass aaya ,this final reminder appko agar appne turant paise transfer nahi kiye to appko leagal notice bheja jayega aur appko 2-3 lakh dene padege.
Aur aaj dt-30.12.20 muze mail aaya from this site “[email protected]”
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.“if you want to avoid legal procedure then you must have to pay 8500/- today.
if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.
