I had ordered kurti from Indian Ethnic online service on 30 Aug 2020 and also got a confirmation message for ordered placed with order id and link to track the product delivery. The link did not provided any update even after days which raised concerns and when Tried to connect the online service via mail no reply.
Message received on online purchase as below
