I have placed an online order for Krypton Mobile and also paid Rs.4499/- on the spot itself. I was not able to keep the screen shot of the order. But I got an SMS on 04/06/2020 stating that Order ID No.9316061808 has been successfully placed and due to Covid 19 Pandemic there will be slight delay in despatching order. But till today no further status received. I could not judge whether the order was fake or due to Covid 19, there is delay in despatch. Now I am in a confusion how to cancel the order so that atleast i can get back atleast the amount of Rs.4499/- which I have paid through online.
