Dear sir / Ma’am,
I inform you that I have purchased a Mobile “Redmi Note 12 pro” through online from Flipkart on 15.10.2023 against the Order ID is OD329422421179532100. I have paid full amount of Rs. 18058.00 as an advance. At the time of payment, the commitment delivery was 18.10.2023.
after my Regular tracking of order on flipkart portal, the material did not shipped on 17.10.2023.
I called support team on 17 Oct 2023 they re-scheduled my query and committed to come back with me along with solution.
I am tracing regularly my order’s delivery with flipkart team through (My Mobile no. 08851663901) last one week but they misguide me and not confirm about the delivery date , they already re-scheduled product’s delivery two time as follows:
First delivery commitment was 18.10.2023 after advance payment.
Second delivery Commitment was 22.10.2023 after failure first commitment.
Now again re-scheduled my delivery is 25.10.2023
So, I request you to please look into this matter and support me regarding swift delivery of product with in 25.10.2023
